Our engaging 4-week puppy class is designed to help you and your adorable pup thrive together and enjoy socialisation with fellow puppies in a safe and supported environment. Don't risk an unruly dog when out and about, book in now and get taught right from the start! The classes are tailored to: - Puppies 8 - 16 weeks of age. - Puppies with their first vaccination onwards. Puppies do not have to be fully vaccinated - Enrolments can commence from post their first vaccination onwards. All puppies are on the same page with their health status so no need for a full vaccination schedule. - 2 participants are welcome to the class (due to space). - Participants willing to learn, have fun and go on a journey with their new furry addition. Here's what you can expect: Duration: 4 weeks Focus Areas: -Behaviour: Learn and proof basic cues like sit, stay, and come, and address common behavioural issues. -Welfare: Gain insights into puppy care, health, and nutrition for a happy and healthy pup. -Socialisation: Ensure your puppy is well-socialised through positive interactions with other dogs and people. Cancellation Policy

Enrolment and Fees 1 Registration: Complete the online form and payment to secure your spot. 2 Fees: Full payment is required at registration. We accept credit cards, bank transfer or cash. Class Schedule and Attendance 1 Duration: The course runs for 4 consecutive weeks, with each session lasting 1 hour. 2 Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial. Notify us 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a session. 3 Make-up Classes: We offer a 10 minute make-up session per course, subject to availability. Puppy Requirements 1 Age: Puppies must be between 8 weeks and 16 weeks old. Smaller breeds maybe accepted at an older age. Email to enquire. 2 Vaccinations: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is mandatory. Vaccination proof can be email before attendance or presented at time of class. 3 Health: Puppies must be in good health. Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs. Class Conduct 1 Leashes and Equipment: Use a standard 1.5m leash and a well-fitting harness. No retractable leashes allowed. Training mats must be clean. 2 Behaviour: Aggressive behaviour is not tolerated. If your puppy exhibits aggression, we may ask you to leave for the safety of others. We will catch up with you soon to discuss. 3 Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their puppies. Safety and Welfare 1 Supervision: Owners must supervise their puppies and kids at all times during the class. 2 Personal Belongings: Secure your belongings; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 3 Injury: Any injuries sustained must be reported immediately. First aid will be administered as needed. Cancellation and Refunds 1 Cancellation: Notify us at least 1 week before the first class for a full refund. No refunds are given after the course starts. 2 Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course, a full refund or alternative scheduling will be offered. Media and Privacy 1 Photos and Videos: We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us. 2 Privacy: Personal information collected during registration is confidential and used only for administrative purposes.
